EBU welter champ Leonard Bundu will defend the title against veteran Gianluca Branco in March of 2012 in Italy. Bundu just beat Daniel Petrucci in another all-Italian matchup to win the vacant title in a hotly contested rematch.

Jerry Elliott promotes a charity show in Cologne, Germany, tomorrow and fights himself after over five years out. Elliott was with Sauerland 97 through 04 and retired to pursue a career as singer and entertainer. Jerry have remained in boxing though as a trainer and owns a gym in Cologne.
