Big British heavy Danny Williams, the Brixton Bomber, retired – again – late last year after a stoppage loss to Lef Larsen but will now return for a final farewell fight.
Williams fight 44-year old Hungarian veteran Zoltan Petranyi June 10 at the Ramada Hotel in Budapest with the UBO European title at stake.
Petranyi´s company ProfiBox Promotion is also the promoter of the event that was on last year as well but was cancelled when Williams pulled out due to personal reasons.
Petranyi have been around for a long time by now and do it all, fighting, promoting, booking, work the corners and you name it. Working with Laszlo Pazsterko in Slovakia he´s been all over Europe taking on all comers often at short notice while winning at home where he holds the national title as well as the EBU Euro strap.
