Belgian “Sugar” Jackson Osei Bonsu contiunes his way back to the top February 20 with a fight against the ever dangerous to be announced. Then April 1 in Gent the former EBU welter champ will take on Sweden-based Karlo Tabaghua. Jackson is looking to be back in title contention at the end of the year. Osei Bonsu, 33-4, suffered tough losses in the last two years against Randall Bailey, Selcuk Aydin and Rafael Jackiewicz.
 
Sauerland´s show in Neubrandenburg January 22 feature two underdogs as challengers in the mainfights. Enad Licina face IBF cruiser champ Steve Cunningham and compares himself with Rocky Balboa in the first Rocky movie going into the fight with a everything to win, nothing to lose attitude. Medhi Bouadla, down from supermiddle to take on IBF middleweight king Sebastian Sylvester feels he is in with a 50/50 chance for a win but it will be a big upset if he pulls it off.

WBO European lightweight champ Eduard Trojanovski will defend the title March 19 in Halle an der Saale. Opponent is Muzaffer Tosun. The 30-year old Trojanovski, from Russia and not pro until 2009 in one to watch and impressed in stopping veteran Matt Zegan last time out.
