AMI Productions show billed as “WBA Boxing Night” goes ahead June 27 in Le Cannet. It´s topped by the all French eliminator at cruiser between Jean Marc Monrose and Steve Herelius. Middleweights Hassan N´Dam N´Jikam and Mariano Carrera clash for the WBA I/C title – and it´s also a WBA eliminator. French lightheavy champ Nadjib Mohammed defends the title against Jose Tavarez. Pugnus Boxing Promotion in Karlstad, Sweden, stage a show called “Ingo the Champ” in memory of the late former heavyweight champ Ingemar Johansson September 4 at the huge Lofberg Lila Arena in Karlstad. No headliner announced yet.

Labbas Box Promotion in Tidaholm, Sweden, staged a show Saturday night that overall was a very good small hall promotion. Labbas had bad luck with the weather and the event had at late notice to be moved indoors, it  also clashed with the big football game between Sweden and Denmark (to make it worse won by Denmark) but a good crowd showed up. The big news of the show were the prodebuts of amateurs stars Badou Jack and Jackson Bogere. Jack. at lightheavy, looked every bit an exellent prospect in winning over durable Russian Maxim Nikonorov. Bogere, at jr middle while his opponent was just over the jr welter limit, had a tough time with Alexey Shorovkov but came out a winner after a strong finish. Cruiser Wael Haddad didn´t take a step backward in winning over Dmitry Shovenko and one have to wonder what could have been had Wael gotten serious about boxing 15+ years ago when he was a top class amateur.

Natascha Ragosina defends the WBA and WBC female supermiddle titles against Laura Ramsey Jully 3 in Hannover. In the co-headliner Esther Schouten face Bettina Volker in a WIBF world title fight at jr feather. Welters Oliver Guettel and Anthony Ukeh drew over six exciting rounds in Magdeburg on the last SES promotion and will do it again in Hannover. Also on the show is Czech jr middle Lukas Konecny.

Leonard Bundu defends the EU welter title June 27 in Berlin against Frank Shabani. This fight was one of the four that were postponed from the planned Valuev vs Chagaev show in Helsinki May 30.
