June 6, Tidaholm, Sweden:
WBA heavyweight champ (in recess) Ruslan Chagaev have stepped in as a substitute for the injured David Haye and will June 20 at the Veltins Arena in Gelsenkirchen fight IBF, WBO and IBO champ Wladimir Klitschko. The fight is confirmed by K 2, the Klitschko brothers promotional company.
The fight is held under the supervision of the BDB, the German Federation, that in the past have licensed Chagaev and allowed him to fight with the Hepatit B he does have so there shouldn´t be any problems there.
